What is Bee Pollen?

Bee Pollen is a natural, holistic remedy made by honeybees. The bees gather pollen and nectar from the best flowers in our environment. They then take them back to their hive and pack this goodness into pellets.
It is stated as being one of the most nutritionally rich foods on our planet which contains nearly all the nutrients needed in our diet for your health and wellbeing. The abundance of nutrients include: vitamins B1, B2 B5, B6, B12, C, D, calcium, iron, zinc and many more. It is also a Superfood. 

Bee Pollen can be used medicinally for a wide range of conditions from skin conditions, to hayfever, as well as help correct specific nutritional imbalances in the body and much, much more.

Neal's Yard Remedies Organic - Skin Care

Those who know me well, know I am a sucker for a good skin care routine! Always have been.
I realised during a recent facial consultation that I have only ever used 3 products ranges in the past 20 years as a therapist - Clarins, Guinot and E'spa. All fabulous products within their own right and luckily I trained with all 3 companies and had the pleasure of providing treatments over the years in my career, the latter two, for several years in my salon. Basically, they all done what they said they would and all produced fabulous results and it is because of this that I could give facials all day!

Fast forward to 2014, my life changed direction dramatically and I took the plunge into self-employment again. Not only does the company's philosophy sit well with my beliefs of being healthy from the inside out, but the products are AMAZING and high quality, ensuring you don't need to use a lot of product, making them more economical in the long term.
All skin types are catered for and the results I am seeing and the feedback I am receiving is so pleasing to me, not to mention how peoples skin is looking after receiving a holistic facial.
